Vequity works with different types of buyers:

The Vequity Network is the buyer database that helps connect new deal opportunities from brokers with buyers who could be a strong fit. When a buyer agrees to join the network, their profile is visible to all brokers on the platform to increase inbound deal flow.

Vequity's model is set up to provide as much value as possible with little to no cost upfront. The basic buyer profile is free. This includes your background, acquisition criteria, and financial profile. This applies for all buyer types.

Individuals can verify their profile to give brokers and sellers more confidence and increase the chance of inbound deal flow. The verification is an add-on fee.

Finally, all buyers can get access to the Vequity Network, which makes your profile visible to all brokers on the platform to increase inbound deal flow. There is no charge to join the Vequity Network. You only pay Vequity a small referral fee if you successfully close a deal that was introduced through the network.

At Vequity, we are dedicated to bringing buyers and brokers together. We believe that every deal closed is a triple win. The buyer closes a strategic acquisition, the seller realizes the value of years of hard work, and the intermediary closes a deal.

Your buyer profile includes your background, acquisition criteria, and financial profile. This applies for all buyer types.

Individuals can also verify their profile which includes background check, credit check, and asset verification.

To put you in the best position to succeed in your acquisition search, you will be asked to provide some personal and financial data. High quality brokers and intermediaries only want to work with those who can close. Sharing this data helps provide a qualified profile which gives them confidence.
